RP Radiate909 creates monthly podcasts for staff and students of Republic Polytechnic, I was a host alongside my vice-president of the club.
I had a duo role as well, which was to overlook our social media for this month. I went on to talk about the events and highlights of May. It has yet to be published on Radiate's youtube channel and Spotify. I came up with the script and edited it after revisions, and recorded it. I then went on to create social media content such as Instagram posts, and stories to promote the podcast.
Reflections
This was the third official podcast that I have created for Radiate909, and over time I'd say that the process comes naturally from what I have to do and my voice has only improved from the first time that I recorded. I felt that I was lucky to have a platform to speak out about my own experiences. Our podcasts are usually played all over the school for a month, and getting to hear me as an audience is definitely different from when I was in the studio. I got to hear where I could improve on and how to vary my pitch to make myself better heard on air.
